provide the ability to get a test's meainingful name by it's test name in regression

Description

implement in the JScenarioClient and JSCenarioHandler the method to get a test's meaningful name by it's test name.
getMeaningfulNameIfExists.
the method should return the class.method name if no meaningful name exists.
